They are looking for a Portfolio Administrator to assume responsibility for performing the tasks that comprise the administrative service offering to Clients, thereby contributing to the ongoing client relationship.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEMPLOYMENT TYPE: PermanentSECTOR: FinanceBASIC SALARY: R18 000 – R25 000 CTC depending on experienceSTART DATE: ImmediateRequirements:Degree / Diploma in FinanceMinimum of 2 years' experienceIndustry related trainingMS Office Word and Excel - non negotiableMust have attention to detailMust be able to think and plan creativelyDuties:New business implementationMarketing plan implementationRelief reception dutiesComply with FAIS and FICA acts and other relevant legislationClient Services:Ensure the accurate production of all Client portfolio review documentation and reportsRegularly update and maintain Client, insurance and investment information in the Client management systemImplementation of all switches or redemptions, including all fund manager follow-ups and completing forms where necessaryImplementation of all changes to insurance benefits or coverageCo-ordination of all claims correspondence and life office follow-up of claims progressAdministration:Ensure all client files and electronic records are maintained in line with procedures outlined in the policies and procedures manual.Prepare new Client files as neededDevelop and Maintain Relationships:Develop and maintain relationships with key service providers, particularly Fund Managers and life companiesNew Client Take-on:Attend or contribute towards client meetings as requested by the AdviserPerformance Assessment:Contribute towards setting individual objectives and KPIs in conjunction with Advisers and Business Manager based on achieving business objectivesCompliance:Comply with company procedures to support compliance with the FAIS and FICA acts and other relevant legislationHours:08h00 – 17h00 (Mon – Fri)Should you meet all the requirements, apply on our website at www.statusstaffing.com today.
