Pool Cleaners/Technicians

Clean and maintain pools on luxury cruise ships, following established cleaning procedures and schedules - Test and balance pool chemicals to ensure safe and sanitary conditions - Vacuum and skim pool surfaces to remove debris - Brush and scrub pool walls and floors to remove algae and other buildup - Monitor and maintain pool equipment, such as pumps and filters, to ensure proper functioning - Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisor in a timely manner - Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and crew members, addressing any concerns or questions regarding pool maintenance - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on cruise ships - Keep accurate records of pool maintenance and chemical levels - Assist with other duties and tasks as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in pool cleaning and maintenance preferred - Knowledge of pool chemicals and equipment, and ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures and schedules - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Physically able to perform tasks such as lifting and carrying pool cleaning equipment, and working in various weather conditions - Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
