As part of our recruitment process we run an intern programme each year in which we provide a short-term contract to selected applicants to gain experience at Krutham.
Although there may be no guarantee of a longer-term position beyond the internship, our talent pipeline generates from this pool.
Krutham offers a high-calbre environment, working alongside PhDs, MBAs and CFA charterholders.
Internship: We look to place interns for a fixed term period of six-month.
This internship is for recent graduate who is taking their first steps into corporate environment.  A modest monthly stipend is paid.  We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support policy and infrastructure reform initiatives in South Africa.
The successful candidate will contribute to research, analysis, and strategic development in critical sectors such as transmission, renewable energy, water, and logistics.
This role offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of policy, sustainability, and infrastructure development, driving meaningful change.
