Location: Cape Town, Northern SuburbsRef: LRF25012Type: PermanentAn established, but rapidly expanding transport and logistics business based in Bellville, Cape Town is seeking to employ 8 detail-oriented POD/Credit/Admin Clerks to join their financial operations team.Responsibilities:Assisting the Creditors Team in managing the Creditors book:Processing all PODs and matching them to the correct load.Maintaining a tracking schedule to ensure PODs are received on a timely basis from transporters.Receiving packages and scanning supplier invoices and PODs.Supplier reconciliation if required by the Assistant Accountant.Requesting PODs by means of emails and phone calls.Any other requests by the Accountant or Assistant Accountants.Maintaining historical records by filing documents.Telephone duties, including answering and directing calls.Any other ad hoc admin duties required.Requirements:Matric is a must.
