Plumber - Mövenpick Resort & Residences AqabaYou perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property's facilities and equipment to ensure a safe and functional environment for the guests.What is in it for you:Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwideLearning programs through our AcademiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21What you will be doing:Takes prompt action relating to all maintenance orders concerning all plumbing services in the guest rooms, kitchen, health club, toilets, plant-rooms, swimming pool, all staff and guest locker rooms and all related areas.Performs preventive maintenance works on all plumbing lines and sanitary fixtures as per the annual maintenance chart.Notes all required spare parts and consumable material and instructs the storekeeper of the requirements.With the help of the checklist, inspects the hotel on daily bases for any defects on the plumbing services and sanitary fixtures and takes prompt action to rectify the defects.Takes the responsibilities of the pool attendant.Takes regular readings on water and gas consumption and records it on the energy consumption record charts.Your experience and skills include:Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset.Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.Highly responsible & reliable.Your team and working environment:Member of the fire team.Assists the general mechanic, boiler-man and refrigeration technician whenever required.To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.To provide courteous and professional service at all times.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
