TalentSync is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures. Your expertise and knowledge in plumbing will be crucial in ensuring the proper functioning and safety of our plumbing infrastructure.ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipingRead and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine plumbing requirementsInspect plumbing systems and identify issues or malfunctionsPrepare cost estimates and provide recommendations for plumbing repairs or replacementsPerform preventive maintenance to prevent plumbing issuesCollaborate with team members and other contractors to ensure plumbing projects are completed efficiently and on timeAdhere to plumbing codes and regulationsKeep accurate records of plumbing repairs and maintenance activitiesStay updated with advancements in plumbing technology and practicesProvide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concernsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program is requiredJourneyman or Master Plumber license is requiredPrior experience as a Plumber or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety practicesExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsGood communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical fitness and ability to work in various environmentsAttention to detail and ability to prioritize tasksValid driver's licenseKnowledge of workplace safety procedures and practicesAbility to work independently and collaboratively with a team
