Plc Technician

Opportunity 2x PLC Technicians for an automotive manufacturing company in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape.Requirements: National Diploma or BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering 5-Years Siemens S7, TIA portal, Profibus, WinCC and or Allen Bradley experience5-Years within a high production demand automotive manufacturing plant experienceExcellent computer knowledge and skills including fault finding and problem solvingMust have systems integration experienceIf and when required ability to work rotating shifts, flexible hours, weekends and during shutdownKPA:Perform corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance work according to Company and Industry standardsActive participation in projects focused on improvements of machinery and processesGenerate the necessary documentation associated with this work and participate in the work of training maintenance personnel and sharing acquired knowledgeDocument anomalies, generate work reports and general status reports of the work assigned dailyRequest the material resources necessary for the correct performance of the planned maintenanceDecides and acts independently in the absence of superiors with regards to the incidents and repairs of the company machines and installationAdhere to all health, safety and environment standards and ensure that work is always carried out in a safe manner
