Key Performance AreasEnsuring robots and PLC driven machinery are correctly programmed to deliver optimally.Maintain all PLC Devices to ensure customer and company quality standards are met.Ensure that all PLC backups are done according to the company procedures.
Minimum Requirements Grade 12 and Qualified Electrician/Millwright or Technical Diploma/DegreeMinimum 5 years' experience as a PLC Technician within an automotive environmentExtensive working knowledge of PLC programming, Siemens TIA V3-V15, S7 300.Siemens Safety PLC programmingAdvanced programming and Advanced PLC Control SystemsAdvanced manufacturing conceptsAdvanced IT as it relates to manufacturing and PLC control.Health, Safety and EnvironmentalRead electronic drawings.Fault-finding ability
