Play Area Attendant

Key Responsibilities:Supervise children in the play area to ensure safety and adherence to rules.Greet and engage with families, providing information about the play area and activities available.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play space, ensuring all toys and equipment are in good condition.Monitor and inspect play equipment regularly for safety and maintenance needs.Organize and facilitate small games or activities to promote active play.Provide first aid assistance as needed and respond appropriately to any minor incidents.Communicate effectively with parents regarding any concerns or incidents.Assist in planning and executing special events or activities within the play area.Requirements:Experience working with children in a play or educational setting is preferred.A passion for child development and a positive attitude towards engaging with children.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.A responsible and safety-oriented mindset.Basic first aid certification is a plus.If you are enthusiastic about creating a safe and fun environment for children and families, we would love to hear from you!
