Role: Reporting to the Platform Engineering Lead, you will collaborate with Product Engineering, Infrastructure/Operations, Cloud Engineers, Application Support, and Client Services to understand their challenges and requirements.
You'll help deliver deployment strategies and develop automated tools.
About You: Strong experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and Azure DevOps.
Proven track record of deploying resources in a structured, Agile environment.
Excellent communicator and collaborator, especially with non-technical co-workers.
Skilled in designing, building, and managing scalable, secure, and available SaaS platforms.
Proactive in learning and introducing new technologies.
Able to anticipate and address platform issues effectively.
Disciplined in focusing on important objectives and industry best practices.
Requirements Technical Skills/Experience Knowledge in leading Cloud Platform (preferably Microsoft Azure) Knowledge in CI/CD tools (preferably Azure DevOps) Knowledge of Containerization concepts Experience in scripting in any language (preferably PowerShell, Bash, Python) Knowledge administering Linux or Windows Operating Systems Advantageous – knowledge or experience in Kubernetes Advantageous – latest Microsoft Azure certifications Personal Skills Communicative and social – Must be able to communicate well within his/her own teams and the broader Technology teams through verbal and written skills. Self-Motivated - Demonstrable self-motivation to learn new skills and technologies, grasp new concepts with a drive to take on personal responsibility Conflict resolution – Must be able to facilitate discussions and facilitate alternatives or different approaches to resolving challenges. Coordinator – Building good professional relationship with cross-functional teams spread across different region/office of the organization.
