We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Platform Analyst! We're looking for a personal individual to deliver exceptional customer service to our colleagues, providing second and third line support via a ticketing system. In this role you will be accountable for planning application management, maintenance and enhancements on our staffing and sales platforms/CRMs.

Every day you will… Work with the Platform team, internal customers and vendor partners to translate our user stories into technical outcomes, developing, testing and delivering changes to meet business requirements Work with the Support team on identified areas of high-volume tickets to determine and fix the root cause, to reduce ticket volumes Ensure that the service management application is being kept up to date Support the access control audit process, working with key business stakeholders to ensure that people working in the application have access to the tools at the level required to do their job Support the preparation of test plans for new software releases, conduct E2E/Regression testing on new releases and functionality and update findings, supporting the coordination of user acceptance testing What's in it for you?
