ACCIONA Energía is governed by the most demanding environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) criteria.Job DescriptionMissionSupervise and coordinate the maintenance and operation of the wind farm, ensuring safety, efficiency, operational continuity, facility safety, and compliance with environmental and quality policies.ResponsibilitiesMonitor high-voltage operations by directing and controlling high-voltage maneuvers according to safety regulations and internal procedures.Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring park maintenance activities follow established plans.Manage the brigade team by assigning tasks and supervising field staff, ensuring compliance with protocols.Implement safety measures and perform risk assessment on high voltage and maintenance work.Monitor the use of tools and equipment and manage the inventory of maintenance materials.Prepare reports of the tasks and maneuvers carried out, as well as incidents and preventive activities.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal protocols.Verify that brigade equipment is qualified and trained in high-voltage handling.
