Overview Description Hire Resolve is currently seeking an experienced Plant Production Manager to join our clients dynamic team in Rustenburg.
As the Plant Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production operations at our Rustenburg plant, including planning, organising, and coordinating production activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and a proven track record of managing a plant production team.
Requirements Grade 12/ EquivalentDiploma in Operations/Logistics/ConcreteResponding to breakdownsSafety and quality auditsManage own time, schedule work, and6-8 years in a Plant operations environment/concrete industry/Logistics, of which 3 yearsmust have been in plant management or supervisory role.Knowledge of application of the cementitious productsCertificate of medical fitness.No criminal record.Driver's License.Strong leadership and management skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices Advantageous: Certificate in Quality Management or ISO StandardsCertificate in Cementitious Products or Concrete ManagementBachelor's degree in operations management /Logistics/MetallurgyCertificate in Financial ManagementSupervisory Certificate Benefits Salary: negotiable Full TimeCompany Social
