Plant Production Manager

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Production Manager to join a leading mining company based in Limpopo.
As the Plant Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall production operations of the mining plant.
In this role, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of the production team, monitor production processes, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing production plans, optimizing resource utilization, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities: Providing leadership across all Plant functions and departments.
Running an effective Plant and truck fleet asset management system.
Controlling operational costs and ensuring compliance with the budget.
Overseeing the health and safety of Plant personnel.
Ensuring effective employee life cycle management for the Plant personnel.
Continuously improve Plant processes and systems.
Requirements Diploma in Operations/Logistics/Concrete Management or related field Certificate in Financial Management Supervisory Certificate 6-8 years experience in a Plant operations environment/concrete industry/Logistics 3 years experience in plant management or supervisory role.
