Plant Operator

As the Plant Operator you will play an important role in controlling the production process of Biomethane gas and liquid CO2.
Key Responsibilities:Process control of the production of Biomethane gas and liquid CO2.Monitor and control plant and related operations on site.Minor maintenance on equipment.Housekeeping-Cleaning of all plant equipment and plant-related buildingTanker loading of both Biomethane gas and liquid CO2.Daily logs, production readings, and sampling of CO2 and Biomethane gas.
The position will be full-time shift work which includes weekend work as well as overtime from time to time.
Requirements:NQF 5 electrical/instrumentation/chemical engineering.Basic mechanical and instrumentation experience.Biogas plant and CO2 recovery experience would be an advantage.Scada system would be an advantage.
