RequirementsExperience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement.Meet requirements of Energy Regulator (NERSA) and National Ports Regulator.Familiarity with National Key Point Act.ActivitiesProductivity/Delivery Ensure that the standard daily filling targets are maintained.Maintain housekeeping and cleaning of the applicable filling area and filling equipment.Ensure the safe operation of the filling equipment.Carry out applicable filling Instructions and work Instructions.Report any unsafe conditions or non-conforming practices.At the start of the shift, ensure that the allocated filling crew is at their workstation and report any non-attendance to the Production Line Leader.Collect the daily applicable filling Instruction from the Production Line Leader.Commence filling as per filling and work Instructions.Drive forklift as required.HSEQ Effectively manage and minimize HSE risk within area of responsibility by ensuring compliance with all HSE Policies, rules, guidelines, and legal requirements.Promote a safe working environment and positively contribute to the company HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies.Identify and enforce HSE competency requirements within area of responsibility.Candidate ProfileMinimum Education Qualifications: Matric/N4 or equivalent.Preferably any 3-year tertiary qualification.3 years' experience in a manufacturing plant.Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.Experience in operating plant machinery.Working knowledge of HSEQ systems (ISO 9000/14001).Training on all production processes.Experience in operating equipment applicable to processing and filling of petroleum or related products.Knowledge of HSEQ processing and filling Procedures/work Instructions.Experience in handling hazardous chemical substances.General operation of Fire Fighting Equipment and Spill response.Computer literacy would be an advantage.Additional InformationTotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth, and offers equal opportunity careers.
