Plant Manager

Requirements:Engineering degree or similarSound knowledge of electrical and mechanical5 - 10 years experience in similar role in an international environmentFluency in English and local language would be added plusSolid understanding of both mechanical and electrical; costing, PCOs etcResponsibilitiesNegotiation with suppliers for high value items and technical aspects of raw materialsStores and buying including spares for factory EHS/SHEQ management (ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001)Maintaining lagging and leading indicatorsSafety talksProduction planning and operationMaintenance - plan maintenance schedule, assist with problem solving on main production linesManaging stock optimizationQuality managementRelated production management skills and experienceDrive continuous improvement throughout the GroupProjects managementManage unskilled and skilled workforceExcellent communication skillsTQMThis is an exciting and challenging role with a leading industrial group specializing in production and marketing of high quality building materials and solutions.
