Minimum Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Senior Manager in the Automotive Component Manufacturing Industry Bachelor's Degree in Commerce Science or Equivalent NQF level 7 qualification required Excellent understanding of Lean Manufacturing principals Strong Technical aptitude Understanding of Quality and Health and Safety Standards Strong Financial Acumen Proficient in MS Office Strong knowledge of Kaizen | Six Sigma and Similar Improvement Initiatives Valid Driver's License and own Transport required Be able to provide contactable references and payslips on request Salary Structure Annual CTC of up to R 1.2 Million, negotiable based on experience Benefits (Only suitable candidates will be shortlisted and contacted within 14 days)
