Plant Manager - Durban

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a dynamic Plant Manager to join our their team in Durban.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the plant, ensuring that production goals are met while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities: Running the full operation of the plant, including commercial activities, cost estimation, deadline management, and team leadership.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Lead and develop a high-performing team through effective coaching and mentorship.
Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges.
Requirements Operations Management or Commercial Management degree preferred.
A minimum of 5 years experience in a Logistics, Construction or Earth Moving Equipment industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Extensive knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
Ability to analyse data and implement process improvements.
Excellent communication skills.
