The successful incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the safe operation of the plant and the equipment and for ensuring that the relevant statutory regulations are adhered to.Implemented preventative maintenance and optimized plant, vehicle, or equipmentManaging the maintenance department and overseeing electrical and mechanical maintenanceManage internal/technical/process projects and developed and controlled maintenance budget and consumables inventory for the unit.Implemented equipment upgrades & enhancements.Ensured occupational safety and health.QualificationsWhat will qualify you for the roleMinimum Qualification- BTech Engineering6 years relevant experience within the manufacturing environment5 years Managerial experience.Computer skills including SAP, MM, SD, MS Office, PLC, etc.Business planning skillsVendor management skillsBudgeting Skills"PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
