AUTOMOTIVE/MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY Qualifications and Experience required: Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required).Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CMA) are a plus.Accounting or Finance: At least 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping.Financial Software: Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).Budgeting and Reporting: Knowledge of budgeting processes, financial reporting, and variance analysis.Audit Experience: Familiarity with audit processes and preparing documentation for internal and external audits.Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and internal controls.Financial Reporting Tools e.g( Tableau, Power BI)Scope and Range Sites and Facilities: Responsible for financial management across all company locations or departments, ensuring consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.Financial Processes: Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and financial reconciliationFinancial Software and Systems: Managing and utilizing financial systems and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) to record and track financial data.Outputs: Ensuring timely and accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and expense tracking.Compliance: Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies across all financial activities.Internal Stakeholders: Collaborating with department heads, management, and other teams to provide financial insights, assist in budgeting, and support decision-making.External Relationships: Communicating with external auditors, vendors, and clients regarding financial matters and assisting with audit preparation.Financial Analysis: Supporting financial forecasting, variance analysis, and identifying opportunities for cost control and efficiency improvements.
