Plant Engineer - Mining

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Plant Engineer to join their mining team in the North-West province. As the Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the plant equipment to ensure its optimal performance.Responsibilities:Manage the maintenance and repair activities of plant equipment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and meet production targets.Implement and monitor maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.Provide technical support and guidance to plant personnel.Monitor and control maintenance expenses within budgetary limits.Requirements:Degree or National Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.GCC Mines and Works qualification.5 years' experience as a Plant Engineer in the mining industry (Post GCC).In-depth knowledge of plant equipment and maintenance practices.Valid Drivers' License.Benefits:Salary: R1.4mil-R1.8mil per annum.Paid Time Off (PTO): (If Applicable)
