Planning Coordinator

Hire Resolve is currently working with a company based in Cape Town that is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Planning Coordinator.
This role involves coordinating and overseeing the planning and scheduling of various operations, ensuring efficient processes and timely delivery of products or services.
Responsibilities : Coordinate and assist with the development of production or service plans based on demand forecasts and resource availability Ensure that schedules are aligned with capacity and resource availability Monitor and analyse data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process optimisation Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of activities Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control, if applicable Oversee the implementation of quality control measures and adherence to standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any related issues or delays Participate in meetings and provide input on strategies and goals Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures Ensure compliance with relevant regulations Requirements A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience Previous experience in a similar role Strong organisational and planning skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in relevant software and tools Benefits Salary: Negotiable Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
