RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a Planning Co-Ordinator to join our clients team.
The Planning Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing the day-to-day planning activities of the organization, ensuring that all projects and tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the planning process for multiple projects Develop project timelines and schedules Collaborate with different teams to ensure efficient resource allocation Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues Implement and maintain project tracking systems and tools Prepare reports and present project status updates to stakeholders Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure project deliverables meet their expectations Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field Prior experience in project planning or coordination Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Benefits Salary: negotiable RPO is a Specialist Recruitment Agency that provides candidates and clients with unique recruitment solutions tailored to their needs.
