The role:
As our Planning Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our business strategy by translating financial plans into category-specific sales, margin, and inventory budgets. Collaborating closely with our Supply Team, you'll blend fashion insights, market trends, and cutting-edge analytics to drive our success in the fast-paced world of online fashion retailing.
Your Mission:
Data Detective: Uncover insights from sales, profit & supplier data. Forecast trends to skyrocket business planning.
Inventory Optimizer: Analyze stock levels. Fix overstocks/understocks with data-driven solutions for perfect inventory flow.
Pricing Strategist: Craft pricing plans that maximize profit, delight customers, and adapt to the market. Recommend entry/exit & tiered pricing strategies.
Seasonal Sales Crusher: Spot seasonal trends, recommend order adjustments, and plan killer campaigns to soar sales & profitability.
Data Storyteller: Transform data into clear insights. Present recommendations to leadership & teams with impactful visuals & reports.

Your Experience:
Degree preferred, but if you've got the skills and experience, we want to hear from you
Experience in data analysis, financial planning, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably within the retail or e-commerce industr is a plus – show us your online shopping smarts!
Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), strong understanding of financial metrics, and excellent communication skills.
