The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and coordination of road and earthworks projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to project timelines. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring accurate and timely updates Coordinate with project team members and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of project activities Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues Prepare and present project reports to management and clients Participate in project meetings and provide input on scheduling and resource allocation Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates Requirements: Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Prior experience in planning and coordinating road and earthworks projects Must have experience working for a Contractors Firm - On Site Proficiency in project management software and tools CCS and MS Projects experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Valid driver's license Ability to travel to project sites as required Benefits: Contact Hire Resolve for you next career-changing move.
