Hire Resolve's client is a well-established construction company and they are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Planner to join their team in Fochville (Johannesburg). The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and coordination of road and earthworks projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and adherence to project timelines.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project schedules, ensuring accurate and timely updatesCoordinate with project team members and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of project activitiesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations on siteMonitor project progress and identify potential delays or issuesPrepare and present project reports to management and clientsParticipate in project meetings and provide input on scheduling and resource allocationManage project documentation and maintain accurate recordsAssist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimatesRequirementsRelevant qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction ManagementPrior experience in planning and coordinating road and earthworks projectsMust have experience working for a Contractors Firm - On SiteProficiency in project management software and toolsCCS and MS Projects experienceStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesValid driver's licenseAbility to travel to project sites as requiredWe will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
