Job ResponsibilitiesAssist with RFQ Programming, Supplier and material SourcingCreate, maintain, review and administer construction schedules and programsManage variations on current projects and provide input and supportEnsure that a programme is delivered at RFQ Stage that reflects the complexity of the project, including the pricing of P and G relative to the programResponsible for updating progress on projects, the resource schedules, assessment of delays and their effect for Extension of Time Claims in order to ensure projects are up to date and completed on timeCoordinate with other team members including engineers and architectsManage staff members and work schedulesOversee logistics and transportation of materialsCommunicate with clients, suppliers and colleaguesJob Type: Full-timePay: R20000,00 - R30000,00 per month
