OverviewHire Resolve's client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Planner in the Electronic Manufacturing Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize production efficiency
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure adequate supply and prevent stockouts
Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to coordinate production activities and ensure on-time delivery of products
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks or inefficiencies to improve overall manufacturing performance
Analyze production data, identify trends, and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators
Ensure compliance with quality standards, production targets, and safety regulations
Participate in cross-functional teams to support new product introductions, process improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field
3 Years of experience in production planning
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and inventory control principles
Proficiency in using ERP systems, production planning software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Syspro
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
