The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all planned maintenance activities within the mining site, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement planned maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery in accordance with company policies and standards.
- Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to carry out planned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
- Ensure all planned maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any potential maintenance issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance teams on best practices and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports for reference and analysis.
