The Pizza Demi Chef De Partie is responsible for maintaining quality and consistency in the kitchen while working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional pizzas. If you're passionate about crafting unique, high-quality pizzas, we'd love to hear from you!

Clear criminal record and excellent employment track record;
Culinary Certificate/Diploma
Preferably 2-3 years previous experience as a Chef De Partie with a focus on pizza making
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour.
Expertise in pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation, proofing, stretching, and baking in wood-fired or speciality ovens
Creativity and passion for pizza-making, with a desire to innovate while honouring authentic techniques.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff and work closely with senior chefs; Honesty, Flexibility and Accountability; Strong organizational skills; Punctual & self-disciplined

Prepare and cook artisanal pizzas to the highest standards, ensuring perfect dough, toppings, and baking techniques are consistently applied for every order.
Manage the pizza section of the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.
Oversee dough preparation including mixing, kneading, fermenting, and proofing, ensuring texture and flavour align with the restaurant's premium standards.
Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop innovative pizza recipes.
Ensure precise and timely service during busy periods, coordinating with other kitchen sections to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Monitor inventory and stock levels, ordering ingredients as necessary while minimizing waste and adhering to the restaurant's cost control measures.

CTC monthly remuneration: NEG. DOE & qualifications. Please advise your salary expectation upon application;
Pension fund contributions: Included within the CTC but is voluntary / not compulsory to take;

Working Days / Hours: 5 days on (shifts), 2 days off
