Responsibilities:Offer and driving 5 star service to the driver partners Come up with new initiatives Handling time Time trackingReview vehicle documents Offer solutions to driver partnersTroubleshootingOnboarding of partner drivers Must have:MatricNo less than 4- 6 years' customer service experience, ideally international campaign exposure Able to think outside of the boxSolutions driven EnergeticAble to work on PowerPoint, Google docs / sheets Excellent English communicationDeadline drivenAnalytical Time managementCustomer orientated Clear criminal record
