If you're passionate about sharing the gospel and creating meaningful change, CV offers a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team dedicated to breaking new ground in evangelism.Job overview:The pioneering coordinator will support the pioneering manager in coordinating, administering, and conducting research to drive pioneer initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa.Specific responsibilities:Pioneer team administration: Prepare monthly administrative documents, distribute necessary materials to pioneers, partner organisations, and the corporate services manager, and assist with onboarding and training processes.Translation requests: Coordinate translation requests for CV's pioneer and department needs, ensuring prompt delivery and formatting of scripts, AI bot content, and other materials, and following up to confirm completion.Monthly pioneer reports: Track and confirm submission of monthly pioneer reports, notify coordinators of outstanding reports, share completed reports with oversight churches for feedback, and collate accurate responses.Pioneer testimonies: Work with coordinators to gather pioneer testimonies, ensuring timely submission of reports and feedback after field visits and training.HubSpot CRM maintenance: Keep pioneer data in the HubSpot CRM up to date, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.Pre-launch research: Assist with gathering insights for new pioneering initiatives, and preparing 'pre-launch' research for placements in different regions.Meetings: Organise and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, manage virtual or in-person meetings, take comprehensive notes, and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders.General responsibilities:Engage in personal and spiritual growth opportunities.Maintain a positive attitude and adhere to CV's policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.Attend staff and team meetings as required.Undertake professional development as needed.Keep CV affairs, including information about employees, contractors, and freelancers, confidential.Represent CV in a positive way, keeping necessary licences up to date and staying informed on the latest methods and technologies.Skills, experience, and education:Understanding of mission strategies across online and offline contexts, particularly in developing regions.Strong English communication skills, especially in report drafting, meeting minutes, and cross-team coordination.Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, such as translation coordination and social media monitoring.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot.Flexibility in managing shifting priorities and resolving coordination issues as they arise.Experience with diverse cultures and teams, especially with pioneers based in regions like East and West Africa.Knowledge of social media platforms and content management to support digital pioneering initiatives.
