Job Description:
Handles all aspects of creditors, e.g. vendor master data, processing of suppliers' invoices, manage of line items in Process Director within SLA, resolution of queries, reconciliation of creditors' statements and preparation of payments and remittance advices of monies due. Reports to a Supervisor in a centralised environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Monthly electronic creditors reconciliations per creditors age analysis
Communicate to Vendors the AP automation process and requirements
Investigate line items in Process Director
Monitor workflow sent to Business against SLA
Constitute of creditors reconciliation with actions noted on reconciliations
Follow-up on invoices that needs optimization.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of three years' experience as a creditors clerk
Matric
Do you have exposure to Vendor process automation software like i.e. OCR, Readsoft, Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
