We are assisting our client in the recruitment of a Property Manager responsible for the Utilities and Property portfolio in the KZV Division KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Accountable and responsible for managing the utilities (compressed air HP & LP, refrigeration, , raw material handling, electrical infrastructure, and plant air conditioning.Accountable and responsible for managing property maintenance.Accountable and responsible for fire protection and security.Preparing and managing the utility services and engineering projects budgetsEnsuring that all equipment is well maintained and optimally utilised.Driving cost reduction initiativesDesigning and implementing maintenance systems in servicesManaging the central workshopManaging legal compliance, pressure vessels, Lifts, etc.KEY COMPETENCIESMinimum 4 years' experience in Engineering or Utilities Manager or Utilities Controller RoleBSc Engineering degree (Elect/Mech) or B Tech (Elect/Mech) with a GCC Factories3 - 5 years Utilities and Engineering projects experience essentialIntermediate to advanced ExcelGood understanding of OHS ActPERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS A sense of urgencyStrong planning and execution skills (proven track record)Ability to communicate effectively at all levels (assertive and forthright)Hands on individualActively seeks solutions to problemAn ability to get results through a team
