Our Client specializes in delivering advanced foundation design and construction services tailored to meet the needs of complex projects within the commercial, industrial, residential, infrastructure, mining, and resource sectors.
ResponsibilitiesTo effectively manage and oversee the operations of workers involved in piling and ground improvement tasks across projects of various scales. This encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Responsible for ensuring all quality assurance on-siteEnforcing all OH&S proceduresManagement of staff and labor of own team and sub-contractorsInvolvement in the day to day running of one of the piling crews installing either bored piling, driven piling, sheet piling, and marine piling.QualificationsThe successful candidate will bring into the role:
A minimum of 10 years' experience working as a Foreman within the commercial, industrial, residential, infrastructure, mining, and resource sectors.A strong and extensive background in bored piling, driven piling, sheet piling, and marine piling is a critical requirement for the position.A thorough understanding of the delivery of civil work including Piling and ground improvements.In-depth knowledge of Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental compliancesA proven track record of mentoring and helping junior members of staff (leading hand etc.)The ability to work alongside Project Managers to deliver projects.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.SalarySalary package starting from $120-150k base + super + car allowance + bonus (negotiable based on experience).Joining a reputable company known for its excellence in the piling industry.Permanent full-time position with the opportunity for career progression.Please note that this is a sponsorship opportunity for South African candidates.Interested?Apply today or send an email with your CV to ******
