Reference: 9961 MLR Consultant: Michellele RouxJob Description:Responsibilities include:Accurate picking and packing of orders.Monitor picking duration and accuracy, and picklist traceability.Communicate and investigate stock and picking discrepancies.Loading and off-loading of trucks and containers.Receive stock into warehouse and store in dedicated locations.Assist with writing waybills when needed.Assist with regular stock counts.Assist customers with collections.Prepare parcels for after hour collection at security.Assist with other warehouse activities as required.Manage time, attendance and discipline of team.Participate in HSE activities, housekeeping and pro-active reporting.Participate in operation excellence and continuous improvement activities.Manage/lead a team by supervising picking, packing and checking processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Qualifications:Minimum qualifications include:Minimum qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.3+ years working experience in dispatch or warehouse.3+ years digital picking and bin location experience.Microsoft Office proficient.Excellent communication skills: Afrikaans and English (written and verbal).Technical assembly experience advantageous.Eligible writing and good numeracy skills.Prepared to do labour intensive work.Able to work independently and within a team.Valid SA driver's license and/or reliable transport.Valid forklift license with experience of driving will be advantageous.How to Apply:Email your comprehensive CV to ****** you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
