Picker Packer Team Lead

Accurate picking and packing of orders. Monitor picking duration and accuracy, and picklist traceability. Communicate and investigate stock and picking discrepancies. Loading and off-loading of trucks and containers. Receive stock into warehouse.Minimum Qualifications:Grade 12 or equivalent qualification3+ years working experience in dispatch or warehouse3+ years digital picking and bin location experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication skills: Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)Technical assembly experience advantageousEligible writing and good numeracy skillsPrepared to do labor-intensive workAble to work independently and within a teamValid SA driver's license and/or reliable transportValid forklift license with experience driving will be advantageous
