Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible GASTROENTEROLOGIST to join our advanced endoscopy section.

Position Highlights:
Join a team of 4 physicians already offering comprehensive advanced endoscopy services, including: complex ERCP, interventional EUS, complex tissue resection including ESDHigh volume center that attracts referrals from the entire Gulf Coast region last year group performed >1100 ERCPs and >1600 EUS proceduresIdeal candidate would be trained in ESD proceduresPerform endoscopic procedures in dedicated interventional endoscopy suites with advanced endoscopy dedicated support staffJoin a collegial, 23-physician, GI group comprised general GIs, hepatologists, IBD subspecialists, and advanced endoscopistsStrong support from collaborative specialities including surgery, pathology, oncology, and interventional radiologyCall equally shared in advanced endoscopy group focused only on advanced endoscopy (no general GI call coverage)Opportunity to teach Institution supports a strong GI fellowship (3 trainees/year) and Internal Medicine residency programsGI-dedicated clinical research infrastructure availableCompensation and Benefits:
