We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic leader to supervise the day-to-day running of the photography team, guest service functions, and overall operations within the photography department. You will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring staff performance and on-the-job training to ensure the highest standards of product quality and guest service. Your goal will be to foster a positive and productive work environment while maximizing profitability in all areas. Additionally, you will assist with the recruitment of new staff and maintain accurate personnel records. Flexibility is a must as the successful candidate will be required to work weekends and school/public holidays.
