You will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring staff performance and on-the-job training to ensure highest standards of product quality and guest service. Your goal will be to foster a positive and productive work environment while maximising profitability in all areas. Additionally, you will assist with the recruitment of new staff and maintain accurate personnel records.The ideal candidate will have: leadership experience and the ability to motivate teams effectively,the capability to co-ordinate and drive group sales targets and incentives,strong communication and interpersonal skills,experience in cash handling with attention to detail,a commitment to understanding and representing Skyline Queenstown's offerings.
