About the role We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic leader to supervise the day-to-day running and control of the photography team, guest service functions and overall operations within the photography department. You will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring staff performance and on-the-job training to ensure highest standards of product quality and guest service. Your goal will be to foster a positive and productive work environment while maximising profitability in all areas. Additionally, you will assist with the recruitment of new staff and maintain accurate personnel records.
The ideal candidate will have:  leadership experience and the ability to motivate teams effectively,the capability to co-ordinate and drive group sales targets and incentives,strong communication and interpersonal skills,experience in cash handling with attention to detail,a commitment to understanding and representing Skyline Queenstown's offerings.
