As a Phlebotomy Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the Care Centre team and ensuring the day-to-day functioning of the clinic runs smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of phlebotomists to ensure high-quality standards and operational goals are met.Conduct investigations and disciplinary enquiries as required.Create a positive team culture and identify areas for improvement.Manage expenses and budget, including overtime and leave allocation.Monitor productivity and document/report monthly performance to the Area Phlebotomy Manager.Organise workflow, schedule rosters, and delegate tasks as needed.Requirements:Relevant HPCSA/SANC registration.Relevant Phlebotomy or Nursing qualification.At least 3 years' experience as a Phlebotomist or similar position within a Pathology environment.Estimated Salary: R 600,000 per annumLocation: Olivedale Clinic, RandburgAbout Us: Our company is a leading healthcare provider with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
