This role is crucial in ensuring our sales representatives are well-equipped with comprehensive product understanding, effective sales techniques, and adherence to regulatory compliance standards. If you are passionate about teaching and development, and have a strong background in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Develop and deliver training programs for sales representatives, covering product features, benefits, and clinical data.Equip sales representatives with effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and regulatory compliance standards.Design and implement training for new and existing sales reps, with a focus on product knowledge, detailing strategies, and industry compliance.Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars.Create training materials including manuals, e-learning modules, and case studies.Evaluate and adjust training programs to improve outcomes and meet sales goals.Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes.Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and regulatory teams to gather accurate information.Monitor and assess sales reps' performance, providing feedback and coaching.Facilitate role-playing scenarios to practice sales techniques and handling objections.Manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and technology setup.Promote continuous learning and professional development within the sales team.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.Experience: Minimum of 3 years in sales training, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry.Skills:Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and healthcare environment.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.Proficient in developing training materials and using various training methodologies.Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in pharmaceutical sales.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel as needed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).Behavioral Qualities:Highly motivated, self-directed, and passionate about teaching and development.Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to inspire and influence others.Working Conditions:Combination of office and field-based environments with regular travel.Flexibility to work outside regular office hours to accommodate training schedules.
