Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable personal trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness and helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals. The personal trainer will work with clients on an individual basis, providing customized workout plans, nutrition guidance, and motivation to help them reach their desired results. The personal trainer will also lead group fitness classes and assist with fitness assessments and goal tracking.
Responsibilities:Conduct fitness assessments and develop personalized workout plans for clientsProvide nutrition guidance and support to help clients reach their goalsLead group fitness classes and ensure the safety and effectiveness of workoutsMotivate and inspire clients to stay committed to their fitness journeyKeep up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and research to continually enhance knowledge and skillsMaintain a clean and safe workout environment for clientsEffectively communicate with clients to track progress and make necessary adjustments to workout plansCollaborate with other team members to provide a comprehensive fitness experience for clientsQualifications:Certified personal trainer with a nationally recognized certification (e.g. NASM, ACE, ISSA)Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field preferredCPR/AED certificationStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goalsKnowledge of fitness equipment and techniquesPrior experience working as a personal trainer is preferredBenefits:Competitive salaryHealthcare benefitsRetirement savings planProfessional development opportunitiesGym membershipFlexible scheduleIf you are passionate about fitness and helping others lead healthier lives, we would love to hear from you.
