Job Description:

We are seeking an organized and efficient Personal Assistant to provide support to the Owner of our company. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the Owner's schedule and calendar, including setting appointments, arranging meetings, and organizing travel arrangements
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the Owner
- Assist with personal tasks such as running errands, and coordinating household activities
- Help with planning and coordination
- Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Act as a liaison between the Owner and other staff members, clients, and vendors
