Assisting in various projects as well as dealing with all secretarial and administrative tasks. Requirements and Qualifications:Grade 12 (required)Afrikaans and EnglishRelevant Diploma in Office administration / Business Administration / Secretarial Support (an advantage)3-5 Years Minimum Experience in an administrative support roleAt least 2-3 years experience as an FM assistantMS Office SuitePastel (Accounting and Payroll)Diary Management Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day office tasks.Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.Setting up of telephone or video conferences.Schedule and participate in meetings and provide accurate records, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.Drafting, reviewing, and summarizing of presentations and documents.Organize corporate events, book venues for meetings and organizes refreshmentsManage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.Prepare monthly expense reports.Manage multiple projects simultaneously.Assist with the management of Head Office payroll.Load payments for release.Handle insurance claimsLiaise with other stakeholders to coordinate meetingsProvide confidential secretarial support.Support Financial Manager with compliance to company policies and keep abreast of policy changes.Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding company materials and information.
