Sagen Advisory Recruitment Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Director of a dynamic refrigeration company in Somerset West.
The PA will assist with the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and handling a variety of administrative and personal tasks.

Personal Assistance:Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.Manage personal correspondence and maintain confidentiality at all times.Oversee household or personal projects when required.
Task Coordination:Act as the primary point of contact between the director and internal/external stakeholders.Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Office Management:Maintain an organized filing system and ensure important documents are easily accessible.Order and manage office supplies as needed.Liaise with vendors and service providers as necessary.Problem Solving:Address issues proactively and find solutions to challenges that may arise.Anticipate the boss's needs and prepare accordingly.Qualifications and Skills:Experience: 1 year minimum of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to plan, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Tech Proficiency: Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and scheduling tools.Project management: Familiarity with project management software is a plus.Discretion: High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Adaptability: Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Problem Solving: Resourceful and able to make decisions independently.Flexibility: Willingness to work irregular hours as needed.Additional Information:Environment: Fast-paced, high-demand, and varied tasks.Benefits: Competitive salary, professional growth opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.RemunerationR8 500 – R15 000pm depending on experience and qualifications
