To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Principal and Senior Town Planner at a well-established private town planning practice, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations in the firm.

Key performance areas:
•General office organization and management
•Running errands to municipality, post office, and various sites

Skills and specifications:
•Home language: English
•Electronic proficiency: MS Office Suite (Word, Excel)
•Gender: Female
•Age: 20-35 years
•Very good typing skills
•Good telephone etiquette
•Willingness to learn and grow
•Organized and neat
•Experience: 3 to 5 years in an office environment
•Transport: Own motor vehicle and valid driver's license


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
