Technical Competencies & Experience: 10 years experience in an executive PA role Proficient in MS Office Manage CEOs calendar/diary & travel plan Prepare relevant documents & presentations needed for meetings/ conferences Oversee credit card, travel expenses & petty cash Proofread company documents Keeping accurate minutes of meetings Comfortable working with Board of Directors Maintain relationships with Stakeholders Attend to general enquiries Event management General office management Behavioural Competencies: Excellent communication skills verbal & written Professional discretion Efficient, Proactive, meticulous Ability to work under pressure Well-developed time management skills Strong organisational skills Exceptional interpersonal skills Remuneration: Market related dependent on qualifications, experience and potential for value add.
